100% Chardonnay

VINIFICATION

At a low temperature to maintain and respect the primary aromas of the grapes.

SPARKLING PROCESS

Very slow with the Charmat method at a low temperature of max. 17° centigrades.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Very fine and persistent bubbles due to the slow sparkling process at a low temperature. It contains residual sugar ranging from 12 to 17 g per liter. On the palate it is softer than the Brut. The extra dry spumante must be served well chilled at a temperature of between 6 and 8°. The aroma of Spumante Extra Dry is very incisive with floral and fruity undertones of exotic fruits.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Its aromas render it perfect to be served with fish and shellfish, white meats and vegetables. Ideal to be enjoyed throughout the meal.

NOTES

Any slight deposit found at the bottom of the bottle is due to the natural processing of the wine which has not received stabilizing treatments.
