100% Chardonnay

VINIFICATION

At a low temperature to maintain and respect the primary aromas of the grapes.

SPARKLING PROCESS

Very slow with the Charmat method at a low temperature of max. 17° centigrades.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Very fine and persistent bubbles due to the slow sparkling process at a low temperature. Between 0 and 4 g of sugar per liter. This is a very dry spumante with a strong acidic note. Its colour is straw yellow, it has a pleasant and persistent effervescence and fruity aromas of apple and banana. Its flavour is dry and fresh.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Excellent as an aperitif, it is best paired with hors d’oeuvres, pasta dishes and risotto.

NOTE

Any slight deposit at the bottom of the bottle is due to the natural wine processing which does not include stabilizing treatments.
