Chardonnay – Cabernet Sauvignon

VINIFICATION

At a low temperature to maintain and respect the primary aromas of the grapes.

SPARKLING PROCESS

Very slow with the Charmat method at a low temperature of max. 17° centigrades.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Very fine and persistent bubbles due to the slow sparkling process at a low temperature.
This type of bubble gives a full flavour to the wine with a slightly acidic note and a good taste of fruit. Ideal to be enjoyed throughout the meal. Very fine and persistent perlage, the colour is a rich pink, the aroma is of red exotic fruits.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Excellent as an aperitif, it is best served with hors d’oeuvres, omelettes and finger food.

NOTES

Any slight deposit at the bottom of the bottle is due to the natural processing of the wine which has not received stabilizing treatments.
