VINIFICATION

At a low temperature to maintain and respect the primary aromas of the grapes.

SPARKLING PROCESS

Very slow with the Charmat method at a low temperature of max. 17° centigrades.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Very fine and persistent bubbles due to the slow sparkling process at a low temperature, it contains between 6 and 12 g of sugar per liter. This type of bubble gives a full flavour to the wine with a slightly acidic note and a good taste of fruit. Ideal to enjoy throughout the meal. The colour is straw yellow, it has a pleasant and persistent effervescence and fruity aromas of apple and banana.
Its flavour is dry and fresh.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Fantastic with fish especially fried and grilled fish.

NOTES

Any slight deposit at the bottom of the bottle is due to the natural processing of the wine which has not received stabilizing treatments.
